Shelf Life & Storage

Our cheeses are alive and continue to ripen over time, making exact shelf life difficult to guarantee. For optimal enjoyment, we recommend:

• Consuming soft cheeses within 2 weeks
• Consuming hard cheeses within 4 weeks

Store refrigerated. Before serving, remove the cheese from the refrigerator and allow it to rest at room temperature, unwrapped, to fully develop its flavor and texture.

Soft cheeses need to breathe. It is natural for the surface to appear moist when unwrapped. If excessive moisture is present, gently pat dry with a paper towel and allow the cheese to air out briefly before serving.
